Sold a Condo home in 2022 in West Yarmouth, MA.

She was marvelous. Got an extra 10 grand over our asking price. Her estimate of the sale price was right on the button. She made all arrangements for closing including getting me an attorney and did all the fees applicable taxes. She's the best as far as I'm concerned.
