Cape Cod Beach Shack with Bay Sunsets - 3 BR / 1 BA Some places get renovated into something else. This one never needed to be. It is an honest, old time Cape Cod beach cottage offering a front row seat to the most amazing sunsets over the bay that has been enjoyed since the 1960's by the same family. Every evening ends the same way: a drink in hand, the sky turning orange and pink, and the water going still. Earlier in the day, it's a quick excursion to the beach with your chairs and a thermos of coffee. Then you come home to sandy feet on the porch and a house full of friends and family. Nothing here is trying to be fancy. It's easygoing and lived-in, the kind of house where the best moments happen outside. This is the perfect place for you if: You want to enjoy it right away, with no renovation on the horizon and you'd rather spend summers watching sunsets than managing contractors. You love the idea of a family gathering spot that feels like the Cape did decades ago. Move in, unpack the beach chairs and let the bay do the rest. This is a most coveted Orleans location with spectacular west-facing sunsets, massive low tide flats, and calm, warm waters.
